“The Swag World" believes in high customer satisfaction. We value the love and trust you place in us and promise to do everything possible to make your shopping experience as magical as it can be . If you are not happy with our products and the items we have chosen for you, don’t worry we have easy return, refund and cancellation policy for you.

Return Policy

(A) The Swag World Subscription

Didn’t liked what you have bought. Don’t worry. While our in-house fashion experts try their best to pick-up the right items for you, in the rare instance, if you are not happy with your The Swag World box and its contents, you can send us your The Swag World box with all the contents and we will refund you as per our policy.

Inform: The return must be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you receive your The Swag World Box. You can email us at support@theswagworld.com to inform us about your return and we will call you back to explain the return process.

Return: Return/Exchange of selected content of the box is not allowed. The Swag World box with all its contents (including any bonus items received) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day you receive your The Swag World box. The cost of shipping the box will be borne by the member. The products and the box should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if any of the products is damaged or missing. Bonus item if any received in the box should be returned.

Refund: We will process your refunds after deducting Rs. 150 towards administrative fees, and applicable shipping fees for 1 month subscription. For 3/6/12 months subscription, Rs. 100 towards shipping will be deducted. The deductions will be made from the value of the per month box applicable for your subscription plan. The refund amount will be paid to your credit / debit card which was used to make the payment. For cash-on-delivery payments, we will refund you the amount as Swag score which can be used for future purchases. Swag score received as part of the orders will be deducted on cancellation and returns.

For the refunds requested for orders received for prepaid orders, 5% of the prepaid amount will be deducted towards the bank fee on online payments.

Any discount used in the order using Swag score will not be refunded.

Bonus Items received as part of longer subscriptions will not be replaced or exchanged. Bonus items sent are curated as per the style profile.

Elastic Bracelets received as part of your The Swag World subscription will not be replaced or exchanged in case of any damages

(B) Swag Store Products

Did not like the items you shopped from Swag store? Changed your Mind? No Worries. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. However, Items shopped from Swag Store with discount coupon codes will not be eligible for returns. Please note the below for returning your Swag Store purchases.

Return: The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day you receive your Items. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the member. The product should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product is damaged.

Refund:  Once we receive the product, we would inspect it and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 7 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future. However, Please note

  • This is not applicable to products bought during Promotional Sales. There is NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy for Promotional Sales. Or the products bought using any discount coupon code.
  • If we receive the product damaged, NO reimbursement of any sort will be issued. Nor will the parcel/product shipped back to you again.
  • Calendars are not covered under Return Policy, and are meant for final sale.

Any discount used in the order using Swag score will not be refunded. Swag score earned if any against the product being returned will not be refunded

Cancellation Policy

(A) Subscription Cancellations

We respect your decision to leave The Swag World membership plan mid-way and we promise to make the cancellation process hassle-free. To cancel on-going subscriptions please take note of the following:

Inform: Please inform us at support@theswagworld.com within 24 hours. Once the product is shipped, we wont be able to cancel it.

Refund: Refunds for the remaining months' boxes will be calculated based on the highest multi-month subscription plan which you have already availed and Rs.150 will be deducted towards administrative fee. For example, for classic swag world box you had signed up for 6-month subscription plan initially and paid a onetime amount of Rs. 8399 for 6 boxes. After receiving 4th month box, you decide to cancel the subscription. In this case, the value of the box per month will be calculated based on the 3-monthly subscription plan i.e. Rs. 1449 for each month. The remaining amount of Rs. 8399 - (4*1449) - 150 - 5% online payment charges if applicable will be refunded to you. This amount will be paid to your debit / credit card which was used to purchase your subscription. For cash-on-delivery payments, we will refund you the amount as Swag score which can be used for future purchases.

For any cancellation orders received for prepaid orders, 5% of the remaining amount will be deducted towards the bank fee on online payments.

Any discount used in the order using Swag score will not be refunded. The Swag World team will miss curating a personalized box for you every month. We will wait for you to come back and grab your monthly The Swag World box soon!

(B) Items shopped from Swag Store

Ordered from Swag Store and changed your mind even before receiving your items? No worries! Generally we ship Swag Store orders within 3-5 working days. In case you want to cancel your order, please email us at support@theswagworld.com. If we have not shipped your order, we will cancel your order. However, if we have already shipped your order, you will have to follow our Returns and Refund policy. Items shopped from Swag Store with discount coupon codes will not be eligible for cancellation and refund.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the product, we would inspect it and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 7 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future. However, Please note
